I booked an appointment with Smooth Water at 8pm on a Monday and got serviced in Aiken at noon the next day. Matthew was very professional and did an excellent job fixing my problem. Was a little more expensive than Id hoped but the end result was a job well done so very much worth it for the speed and the expertise.

Everyone we spoke with at Smooth Waters was incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with. Audrey was quick to respond and assist us with scheduling. Tyler and Neil were very diligent in helping us with our tankless water heater and also helped us with a separate, last minute plumbing concern. Luke has a great set of employees and cares about doing right by his customers.

Needed a new hose bib water line and faucet installed in our backyard, made an appointment with Smooth Waters Plumbing, they were prompt in responding and showing up on time. Matthew did a great job assessing the install need also found couple of sections of our water pipes in the crawl space were corroded and recommended repair. He was able to complete the job within couple of hours. I highly recommend SWP.
