I had a great experience with Smooth Waters Plumbing . Samuel came within hours of my call and fixed my Reheem tankless water heater. He was honest, knowledgeable and made sure he didnt leave without answering all my questions. I even took advantage of their annual maintenance program which pays for itself. I called Smooth Waters Plumbing after getting another Midlands HVAC Plumbing Company in the Midlands to look at repairing or replacing my natural gas water heater. When they came back with a quote I called Smooth Waters Plumbing to come to my house to provide a second quote. Their pricing was not only fair, but significantly lower than the first quote. The serviceman tech Matthew was polite, professional, efficient and installed a tankless water heater for about 800 LESS than the quote from the first company. If I ever have a Plumbing issue, I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.

Kenny was a great tech. He explained every step of what he was going to do and his work was awesome. Would definitely call Smooth Waters again.

After interviewing 4 other plumbing companies for estimates on our whole house repiping, Tyler from Smooth Waters walked my house with me and approached every Issue in a positive and straightforward way. I had plenty to compare his recommendations to at that point.Every other company had a different approach that was going to leave major damage to my home after the Plumbing was done. They all said that we need massive repairs to walls and roof, etc.Of course there is some Drywall work that has to be done after this type extensive plumbing, but believe me, Tylers recommendations involved far less damage to our home.I was so impressed with how Tyler approached each fixture in a way that was effective and protected our property.Smooth Waters pricing was fair, as I had many estimates to compare it with.Tyler and his team, Kenny and Neal, worked so hard and were so conscientious with the work and the cleanup. Kenny arrived quickly, was super nice and explained everything clearly. He then quickly made repairs, cleaned up and had me inspect everything to make sure it was acceptable. I could not have asked for quicker or more friendly service.

Very thorough and didnt try to oversell

This company is very professional. They did amazing work. They were fast on time And respectful of our property. They really worked with us to get the job done Quickly. I will definitely call them again for any work we need in the future. Samuel was the main person helping us , hes very knowledgeable, honest and hardworking. We have a narrow crawlspace, and those guys were under the house for two days maybe more in rainy conditions and extreme temperatures and they never slowed down.
